Effective October 3, 2026

1. Payment. Payment is due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed upon in advance.

2. Quotes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Scope of work. Pricing covers only the work listed. Conditions found during the job that weren't visible beforehand, such as damaged ductwork, electrical problems, or required code upgrades, will be quoted separately before any added work is done.

4. Warranty. Labor is warranted for 1 year from completion, once the job is paid in full. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and depend on the customer registering the equipment with the manufacturer. Robert's Services is not responsible for registering equipment.

5. Return visits. There is no service fee for a return visit on the same issue we repaired. New or unrelated problems are subject to our standard service fee, parts, and labor.

6. Access. The customer agrees to provide access at the scheduled appointment time. If we arrive and can't get in, a trip charge may apply, decided case by case.

7. Pets. We're a pet-friendly company and will do our best to avoid any issues, but pets remain the owner's responsibility. Robert's Services is not responsible for pet injury or escape during a visit.

8. Liability. Robert's Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by equipment that was already failing, or water damage from condensate drain lines.

9. Safety. If we find a safety hazard, such as a gas leak, carbon monoxide, mold, or asbestos, we may stop work until it's addressed.
